    A friendly introduction to Pilates on the reformer. Learn the essentials, build confidence, and feel comfortable progressing into our Elevate classes.
    Recommended for: First-time clients or anyone with fewer than 5 reformer classes.

  • Elevate

    An all-levels class that balances challenge and support. You’ll receive clear guidance, thoughtful modifications, and progressive layers to help you build strength and confidence over time. Whether you’re refining your technique or exploring new challenges, you’ll feel both encouraged and inspired.
    Recommended for: Clients who have taken at least 3–5 reformer classes or feel comfortable with the basics.

  • Refine

    Strengthen and sculpt with intention. This energizing class hones in on arms, abs + glutes to build tone, stability, and confidence. Expect focused moves, a satisfying burn, and real results.

    Recommended for: Clients who have taken 5+ reformer classes

  • Momentum

    An energizing, athletic session designed to build stamina, strength, and precision. Expect a faster pace and a dynamic flow that leaves you feeling powerful and accomplished.
    Recommended for: Clients with a consistent Pilates routine or 10+ reformer classes experience.

  • Classic

    Experience Pilates as it was first taught. Classic guides you through the original sequences with clear, focused instruction. Strengthen your core, improve alignment, and connect to the tradition behind every movement. Recommended for: all levels.

  • Restore

    A slow, gentle Pilates class focused on deep stretching to ease tension and improve flexibility, leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

    Recommended for: All levels - especially great for anyone looking to add more focused stretching to their routine.

  • Private Classes

    One-on-one instruction tailored to your goals, needs, and schedule. Ideal for personalized support, deeper learning, or therapeutic focus.
    Recommended for: All levels—especially helpful for beginners, clients with injuries, or those seeking personalized attention.
